Digital voucher (email) – received instantly.
Physical voucher (post) – dispatched quickly and beautifully presented for gifting.

Yes. Whether digital or physical, you can choose to send it straight to the recipient and even add a personalised message. Or we can send it to you so you can offer it to them if you prefer.

Yes. The Vouchers are not credit as such and its value cannot be split.

They simply contact us via email, phone, or through our website to arrange a date. They’ll just need to bring the voucher with them for their session.

No, the only difference is their festive look! All vouchers come with the same flexibility, session options, and 12-month validity, making them a perfect Christmas gift that lasts well into the new year.

No. You cannot return a Gift Voucher once you have purchased it.
If the recipient wants to change the type of session, they can do so provided that they pay the difference if the new session is more expensive.
If it costs less, no refund will be given.
