Vixie has been learning some magic spells for Halloween!
🍂 Autumn at RAW Photography
Autumn is well and truly here, and it’s brought plenty with it at RAW Photography Manchester!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been setting up our brand-new Halloween sessions, lots of lovely autumn shoots and, believe it or not, Christmas already starting to creep onto the calendar.
It’s one of our favourite times of year to get out with the cameras. The changing colours give us some brilliant natural backdrops, and there’s always plenty going on before the darker winter days arrive.
Here’s what we’ve been up to this September and what’s coming up in October…
👻 Halloween Sessions
We’ve been getting into the spooky spirit with our Halloween sessions!
These seasonal shoots are always great fun and give us the chance to do something a little different from our usual sessions. And these are not just for dogs… technically 😂
Our Halloween/magical sessions might have been created with our favourite four-legged models in mind, BUT they're also perfect for:

Or even a little family portrait if you fancy joining in!

🍁 Autumn Sessions
Autumn has to be one of our favourite seasons for outdoor dog photography.
The changing leaves, rich colours and softer autumn light can completely transform a familiar location, giving us gorgeous natural backgrounds to work with. And, as you might have guessed from the amount we’ve been talking about autumn recently, we’ve certainly been making the most of it!
We’ve had quite a few autumn sessions this year, but here’s the latest one!
Willow
Meet little Willow, a 10-month-old wirehaired pointer/Vizsla X.
Willow is a gorgeous brown girl with plenty of energy, so there was certainly no shortage of action during her session! She’s really friendly and loves playing fetch, which gave us lots of opportunities to capture both her playful side and some lovely portraits in between.
We have a few more Autumn sessions booked in the diary 😜 Stay tuned!
Christmas Tasters Are Back 🎄
Yes, we know… we’ve only just finished talking about Halloween and autumn, and now we’re mentioning Christmas!
But our Christmas Taster Sessions are back, giving you the chance to get some festive photographs of your dog ready for the Christmas season.
The sessions are just £60, making them a great option if you’d like a shorter taste of the RAW Photography Manchester experience while creating something seasonal 🤗 (Xmas cards, baubles, and even snow globes!)
